May the 4th 2019 Special | Imperial Trooping
Here are a collection of the best compositions posted by active members who are Star Wars fans that are Bringing Toys to Life from the world and imagination that George Lucas has made forty years ago.
The Imperial Troopers are vast with diverse variations that appeared in the original Star Wars Trilogy that evolved from Clone Troopers that appeared in Prequel Trilogies spilling over to media in comics and videogames too. With the most recent appearance to the most recent trilogy there’s more where they came from and ready to take orders either from the Emperor or from Kylo Ren they will surely be seen.
There are celebrated Toy Photographers that has made them part of their portfolio either from the Kenner and Hasbro range of figures or from LEGO there’s plenty of imaginative individuals out there who would like to tell their stories through Toy Photography.
Collecting ten of the most interesting representations of the Imperial Trooper here are those who contributed from their imaginative compositions below:
Seb Siglufjördur Monchal enjoys telling a story about this Storm Trooper basking in the glow of the Summer sun just floating in the pool is one interesting way to tell that their not just a cannon fodder for the empire. But they are humans too to enjoy the well-deserved rest and relaxation.
Matthew Musson gives you the emotional side of a Storm Trooper in battle. The Crisp, clear, and spectacular look this characters. While taking its time before firing back at the Rebellion surely is hitting you now with your own story to tell what this trooper is going to do next.
Rohaidi LoCase has shared his Star Wars-related compositions to the community most of them are humorous, but when he brings out a serious scene it conveys how survival must be challenging for these troopers to go through the war without knowing if they’ll be able to get out alive.
John Emerson D. Nuqui is very familiar with using characters outdoors with Clone Commander Cody basking in the natural glow of the sun as he surveys in the unknown jungle planet where the war has taken him and his troopers invites you what this character’s next move.
Paul Summers likes to tell his stories through your reaction if it’s either funny or downright serious. Somebody did a number on this dragon creature for their barbie for dinner time. It finds you to wonder if these troopers are off to another mischievous mayhem or just another day with the First Order.
Brian DeLore certainly captures his composition with minimal effects for extra realism and it certainly works with this Strom Trrooper firing in all cylinders with an experimental blaster as this unknown guy squeezes out the trigger to let his bullets fly off to whoever casualty from the Rebel Scum.
Toy Minator is one of those rare Toy Photographers who like their toys not just live out the realism outdoors but letting their precious figures to mess around just like real troopers too. Certainly, it is one of those rare compositions that capture how to appreciate the hobby both playing with toys and photography in a general sense of the word.
Carlo Jonathan Linao is one of the passionate Toy Photographers in the community that uses variations of Imperial Troopers in weaving his toy photography narratives. This image of Clone Commander Cody getting the “Order 66” from The Emperor reminds you how “Revenge of the Sith” went down in 2005.
Jerry Rodriguez is another Star Wars fan that throws in some serious compositions and sometimes take a lighthearted moment in giving you some relatable things in world about misbehaving and sometimes based on real events where there’s no bathroom in the middle of a war.
Neil Burke captures these Storm Troopers in a moment of war showing emotion in these plastic figures that can give you chills in this impressive silhouette image capturing the feel of the battle. There’s nothing like using cannon fodders to convey the situation that these troopers have gone through.
These are the ten best images featuring the Imperial Troopers of past and present its either represented in humorous undertones or in the heat of the battle these talented individuals certainly captures the essence of what these characters can be represented in Toy Photography without the need of captions or multiple images but just #ONESHOTTOYSTORY and let others continue that narrative in their own vision which is how these images have been defined artistically.
Today celebrating another May the 4th on the fortieth year of Star Wars relive these images chosen through reaction and the execution of the composition for the reason why these images where chosen. For more about the community follow on social media via Facebook or be part of the group HERE!
